Operation steps
1. Check that there are no other medicine particles or debris in the entire tray.
2. Pour the medicine granules into the plate, do not make it too full.
3. Put the feeding tube into the plastic bag.
4. Adjust the height of the lifting plate.
5. Turn on the power switch and check whether the sensitivity display is normal (refer to troubleshooting for sensitivity adjustment).
6. Set the quantity. If taking inventory, please set it to more than 1,000 pills.
7. Numbers return to zero.
8. Turn on the vibration switch, adjust the vibration, and pay attention to whether the pills on the entire column are arranged one by one in sequence and do not overlap.
9. When the pills on one side are counted, the other side will be automatically counted.
10. During operation, please pay attention to whether the sensitivity indicator light is flashing normally, and conduct random inspections at any time. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
11. During operation, do not pour too many medicine granules into the tray at one time to avoid overlapping of the entire track and inaccurate counting.
12. Avoid placing it in a window, outdoors, or using it in the sun.
