320 Stick packing machine with Counting function

TH320 stick bag counting and packing machine can fit various packing film ,such as plastic, aluminum, filter paper, compound paper film.

TH320 series packing machine adopts Delta PLC and HMI, and Siemens or other famous brand optional, so the operational board is large and high sensitivity, it is user friendly design. Besides, we support multi language setting. English, Russian, Korean, Arabic,Spanish, French, and other languages.  

TH320 series packing machine can make back sealing, three side sealing and four side sealing, and the sealing edges shapes can also be customized. The heat sealing part use longitudinal sealing jaw, it is of highly processed parts, this makes the sealing steps very stable and smooth, thus to realize a nice looking final bag.

TH320 series packing machine standard type is with one vibrating plate, the contacting material is SS304 and SS 316L optional. Based on the packing material categories, we can make more than one vibration plates, in this way you can pack different items with certain amount into one bag.  

TH320 series packing machine has a well processed bag former part, one can change the bag former to make different size packing bag, this bag former is very key part during machine running. Qualified bag former can make bag fast and neatly, and avoid any bag jam, thus largely increase the packing speed and nice packing effect.

TH320 series packing machine can also attached with output conveyor belt, to transport the well made bag into inspection machine or other outer box packing machine. Besides any other practical solutions are optional, we can design and make a stable solution.
