PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CGN-208S double-head capsule filling machine can fill different types of capsules: hard capsules of powders, granules, pellets and other medicines and health care products. It adopts programmable control system, touch screen operation, stepless frequency conversion debugging, and pneumatic joint control; the body and work surface are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and oxidation, meets GMP standard.
The design adopts the capsule-discharging method of a double-head capsule filling machine, making the equipment faster, more convenient, simpler and more stable. In terms of locking capsules, we use pneumatic control and automated locking methods to save manual time.
A safety door device is installed at the capsule-shifting station. When the safety door is not closed, the equipment is in a static state and cannot operate; at the powder-filling station, a visual window is added to observe the level of powder loading; above the capsule-locking station, a blocking plate is installed to avoid accidents when the lock capsule is flipped over; a capsule tray display rack is added to the right side of the equipment for ease of use.
