PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The LFP-150A vertical capsule polishing machine has the dual functions of capsule polishing and lifting. The inlet of the machine can be connected to any type of capsule filling machine, and the outlet can be connected to a capsule sorting device and a metal detector. It realizes a connected production mode integrating polishing, lifting, sorting and detection.

CHARACTERISTICS

1.It has the dual functions of capsule polishing and lifting, leaving a height space for connecting subsequent equipment;

2.Both the inlet and outlet of the machine can be adjusted in a 360° circle, which is convenient for production and saves floor space;

3.The capsule sorting device can automatically sort out capsules with insufficient filling amount, empty shells, fragments and separated capsule bodies and caps;

4.The entire machine adopts a quick-install connection structure, making the disassembly and installation of the machine more convenient and fast;

5.Parts in contact with medicines are made of SS304 material or materials that meet the requirements of modern pharmaceutical production;

6.The brush on the main shaft is detachable, enabling thorough cleaning without dead corners of the whole machine, which meets GMP requirements.
