SZS series tablet deduster machine
Product description
SZS200 Uphill Deduster is made of mobile operating platform, main machine, outer cover, accessories and control system. Please see Figure 4. Sketch map of machine structure. Its working accessories include air powered dedusting device and corrugated tube. The vacuum device is made up of socket, straight connector, right angle connecter, and air pip. Its main purpose is to collect the dust removed from the tablet in the polishing and dudesting process, therefore enhancing the dedusting result.
These SZS series is very utility model,one of the unique advantages is that the tablets cleaning path of the machine is long, this design makes all tablet pills surface very clean. the tablet is automatically turned, the surface is polished, and the dedusting effect is good, but the tablet is not damaged. The contact part of the machine and the material is made of SUS316L material, meet the requirements of GMP, screen body, cover machine adopts modular design, easy to adjust the height of export.
SZS 200 series tablet sieving machine has a very nice working principle, there is an electromagnetic vibrator to vibrate the spiral dedusting body, thus making the tablet to ascend while being polished an dedusted by the vibrating movement. Please see below figure 1 and 2.
