(3) Working principle: The motor changes speed and direction through a gearbox, causing the grinding blade and pressing blade to rotate in opposite directions,
The pressure blade presses the material down through an inclined plane, and the grinding blade squeezes the material towards the outside of the sieve cylinder, forming uniformly shaped particles.

Maintenance
(1) The flexibility, wear and sealing of each moving part should be checked regularly 3-5 times a month, and any problems found should be repaired in a timely manner.
(2) The lubricating oil in the reduction box should be replaced regularly. Generally, new machines are replaced once every three months and once every six months in the future. The lubricating oil should be N46 in summer and N32 in winter. The amount of oil is suitable for the grinding shaft gear to be immersed in half of the tooth surface height. The oil level can be observed through the sight window.
(3) After one use or shutdown, the material should be taken out and the screen cylinder, nuts, pressing blades, and grinding knives should be removed, and the above workpieces should be scrubbed clean (note that electrical appliances are affected by moisture).
